So I bet everyone has been wondering what I have been up to for this past few weeks/months. I worked construction all summer. It was a good summer I did lots of cool projects. The one I am the most proud of I did at my house. In my last week before I went back to UC for fall quarter, I took on the responsibility of building a handrail around our hot tub deck. Those pictures are posted below. I also intend to post some pictures of my new apartment. I probably won’t get around to it for a few days though. Enjoy.

| Well, I have just recently came upon revelation. It feels to me that people become too happy with where they are, to go any further. Why does that happen? All my life I have aimed for one goal after another. Some people do this for a while in order to achieve an end. I do not think that I am shooting for an ultimate end. Does life ever end? I do not believe it does. Life is about taking things to the next level. When a certain goal is achieved we shoot higher. When one phase of our lives is over we move to the next one. Isn't that was makes life exciting? What would life be like with out development, without failure, without the next task, without hardship and trials? It would be meaningless. Think about it. What times do you most treasure in your life? Do you treasure life being easy and chilling out? Most likely you treasure times in which you have overcome or achieved something. This is life arriving at new levels of faith, knowledge, humanity. Think about it. | | |

| Hey, so I haven't updated in a while eh. I've been pretty busy racing every weekend with the rowing team. it's been fun, but I'm getting pretty tired and would really like some rest. I guess, I just have to last it out.
School has been pretty alright of late. There is a lot more homework this quarter which doesn't really help out my situation, but I do like most of my classes and teachers. So that's alright.
Tonight I'm doing relay for life. It's a big fundraiser for cancer research. You form a group and raise money and then we walk around the school for 24 hours (taking turns ofcoarse). So I get to stay up all night. It will be the first time since like 9th grade. So that will be interesting. It will probably be good to get some jones energy drinks before hand.
So I just finalized my job for the summer. I'm going to be doing construction again. I'm pretty excited. It will be good to make money again. I really would like to get night job too, like waitering or something of that sort.
I really want to see some of my friends this summer so email me if you have some free time and we'll see what we can set up it will be sweet!
